Culinary Department Mission Statement
The mission of our culinary division is to give students more confidence in the kitchen. We aim to educate and empower children to diversify their palates by trying new foods from various cultures as well as equipping them with the ability to cook at a professional level.
Kids’ Culinary Classes – Spring 2026
Our Kids’ Culinary Classes offer young chefs a fun and engaging introduction to cooking. Students learn essential kitchen skills, teamwork, and confidence as they explore new recipes and techniques each week. Classes are hands-on, age-appropriate, and designed to help kids feel comfortable and creative in the kitchen.
Sessions are planned for Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 PM–7:30 PM (1 class per week), and participants will practice everything from measuring and chopping to seasoning and plating. Ingredients are included, and students will be required to purchase their own chef jacket for class.
We must have a minimum of 8 students enrolled in order to launch the Spring 2026 session. If you're interested in registering your child, please complete our short interest form so we can gauge the level of participation.
